Shipping policy

4.1 Processing time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. During busy periods this may take longer. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

4.2 Delivery times

Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has shipped, not when it is placed. Customs processing can add time that is outside our control.

4.3 Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. The exact cost is shown at checkout, before final payment.

4.4 Customs, duties and import taxes

Orders are shipped from Hong Kong SAR. For deliveries outside Hong Kong SAR, customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply on arrival. Unless collected at checkout, these are the responsibility of the recipient and are set by your national customs authority, not by Lunelia Home.

United States: duty-free treatment for low-value imports ended in 2025. Customs duties now apply to shipments regardless of value.

United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Canada: import VAT or GST may be charged, and customs duty may apply above your country's threshold. Where we are required to collect these taxes at checkout, the amount is shown before payment.

If any amount is due on arrival, your carrier will contact you directly. Refusing a delivery to avoid these charges does not qualify for a refund of shipping costs.
