1. Who we are

This website is operated by Marketrix Limited, 11/F Ocean Centre, Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong SAR, trading as Lunelia Home.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Marketrix Limited. "You" means the person visiting the site or placing an order.

2. These terms

By using this website or placing an order, you accept these terms. Please read them before you order. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on the site at the moment you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

3. Orders and prices

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a confirmation email. Until then we may decline an order for example if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we cannot deliver to your address.

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable taxes where stated. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment. Import duties and taxes are covered in our Shipping Policy.

We do our best to keep prices and stock accurate. If a clear error appears a price that is obviously wrong, for instance we will contact you before processing the order and you may confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Shipping

Delivery times, shipping costs, customs charges and lost or damaged parcels are covered in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Returns and refunds

Your right to return, how to start a return, who pays return postage and how refunds are issued are covered in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details. Your order is prepared for shipping once payment has cleared.

7. Product descriptions and colours

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Because our products are lights, how they appear depends on your screen, its brightness and colour settings, and on the light in your own room. Small differences between the photographs and the item you receive are normal and are not a fault.

Where a product page gives dimensions, run times, LED counts or charging times, these are approximate and may vary slightly between batches.

8. Safe use

Our products are decorative lighting. Please use them as described on the product page.

Products marked indoor use only are not waterproof. Do not use them outdoors, in bathrooms or anywhere damp.
Products marked for outdoor use are weather-resistant, not submersible.
Do not modify the wiring, open the LED housings, or replace components with parts we did not supply.
Keep button cells and batteries away from children and pets. Swallowing a button cell is a medical emergency seek immediate medical attention.
Remove batteries before storing a product for a long period.

Damage caused by use outside these instructions is not covered by our Return and Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site text, photographs, video, product descriptions, logos and page design belongs to Marketrix Limited or is used with permission. You may not copy, republish or use it commercially without our written consent.

You keep ownership of any review, photograph or comment you post, but you give us permission to display it on our site and channels in connection with the product concerned.

10. Acceptable use

Please do not use this site to break the law, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, place fraudulent orders, or scrape the site automatically. We may refuse service or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse.

11. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses.

We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way that the law does not allow, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

12. Privacy

How we collect and use your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

13. Complaints and disputes

If something has gone wrong, email luneliahome@outlook.com with your order number. We aim to reply within 2 business days and to resolve complaints within 14 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. This does not remove the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and it does not prevent you from bringing a claim in your own country's courts where that law allows it.
